The setting for this film was just perfect and I was engrossed from minute one. Phoenix portrayal of the "Joker" was just sublime, he deserves every last bit of credit for bringing this character to life once again on the big screen.
Having said that I feel that it's not all about Phoenix but the supporting cast all have such a big part to play in the development of The jokers character.
I think it is an Oscar worthy film with Oscar worthy performances. The picture, the score, the acting are all beyond amazing.
